Account & membership data. Name, email, username, password hashes or auth tokens, TradingView username, membership status, and onboarding preferences you provide.

Billing data. Payments are processed by Whop (or another processor). We receive entitlement and membership events (for example, active plan or cancellation). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Product usage. Portal activity such as setup progress, webhook configuration metadata, automation preferences, agent dry-run settings, device/browser information, IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Services.

Communications. Messages you send via contact forms, email, or Discord support channels.

Cookies & similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tools for essential site function, preferences (such as theme), analytics, and performance. Analytics may include Google Analytics or similar tools.

2. How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve the Services
• Authenticate members and enforce entitlements
• Process trials, subscriptions, and support requests
• Send transactional messages (invites, security, billing-related notices)
• Understand product usage and diagnose issues

• Service providers that host, email, authenticate, analyze, or process payments on our behalf (for example hosting, Whop, analytics)
• Third-party platforms you connect (for example TradingView invite flows or broker tooling you authorize)

• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale

We do not sell your personal information.
