Please review these Terms carefully before using QuadTrendPro or purchasing a subscription.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuadTrendPro (https://quadtrendpro.com), operated by Oceanside Financial LLC. By accessing, subscribing to, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refunds and Cancellations Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms
  • By accessing or using QuadTrendPro, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.
  • If you do not agree, you must not use or purchase the Services.
  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement.
2. Nature of the Services
  • QuadTrendPro provides digital TradingView indicators and related services.
  • All products are non-tangible and delivered digitally.
  • Access is provided instantly after trial activation or payment.
3. Subscriptions & Free Trial
  • Services are offered as a subscription with a 7-day free trial.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless canceled before renewal.
  • You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription.
4. Payments & No Refunds
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.
  • No refunds are issued for trial conversions, renewals, or cancellations.
  • Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
  • Initiating a chargeback violates these Terms.
  • We may submit access logs, IP data, timestamps, and account identifiers as evidence.
  • Access may be terminated immediately upon dispute initiation.
6. No Financial Advice
  • QuadTrendPro does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
  • All content is for educational and informational purposes only.
  • You assume all risk related to trading and market activity.
7. No Guarantees
  • No guarantees are made regarding profitability or performance.
  • Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
  • Indicators are tools, not signals or promises.
8. User Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for understanding how the Services work.
  • You must ensure compatibility with TradingView.
  • You are responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
9. Intellectual Property
  • All indicators, code, content, and branding are the property of QuadTrendPro.
  • You may not copy, share, resell, or redistribute the Services.
  • Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Termination
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
  • Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
11. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any trading losses or indirect damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
12. Arbitration & Governing Law
  • All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida.
  • You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
