These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of QuadTrendPro websites, memberships, software, indicators, webhooks, member portal, Discord community, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). QuadTrendPro is operated by Oceanside Financial Company. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational software only

QuadTrendPro provides software tools and educational materials related to charting, alerts, automation workflows, and agentic trading tooling. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We are not a broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant. Nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, future, or other instrument.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for all risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account, including webhook endpoints and automation settings you configure.

3. Membership & billing

Paid access is sold through Whop (or another processor we designate). Plan prices, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you also agree to the applicable processor’s terms. Access to invite-only TradingView scripts, the member portal, and related features depends on an active membership entitlement (including trial or complimentary access we may grant).

4. License & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and an active membership where required, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business use. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly share invite-only scripts or private materials
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services except as allowed by law
  • Use the Services for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to harm others
  • Misrepresent affiliation with QuadTrendPro or Oceanside Financial Company
  • Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or access controls

5. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with or link to third parties such as TradingView, Robinhood (including Agentic MCP), Whop, Discord, and cloud hosts. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, fees, account restrictions, or execution outcomes.

6. Automation & execution risk

Webhooks, automation settings, and agentic execution tooling can place or influence trades in accounts you connect. You must review dry-run modes, risk limits, and alert configuration before enabling live execution. You accept that software bugs, network issues, broker API changes, bad alerts, or misconfiguration can cause unexpected orders or missed trades.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, branding, documentation, and proprietary indicators remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that signals or automations will be profitable.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OCEANSIDE FINANCIAL COMPANY AND QuadTrendPro SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oceanside Financial Company, QuadTrendPro, and our team members from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your trading activity, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, abuse, non-payment, or to protect the platform. You may stop using the Services and cancel membership per the refunds policy. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be communicated through the member portal or Discord when practical.
